During this meeting we will:
- Receive the Annual Report and 2023 accounts
- Pass and record a resolution to authorise four to six members of the current County Trustee Board to continue as the Charity Caretaker Trustees with the sole responsibility of carrying out the actions needed to transfer all GLSE County assets, financial commitments, and liabilities to GLS by the agreed date and to close the GLSE charity (authorised to be in post for up to one year from 3rd June 2024).
- Pass and records a resolution to formally close The Scout County of Greater London South East with the Charity Commission (once all assets have been transferred).
