We look forward to welcoming you as we celebrate the launch of our new larger County and look forward to the future

During the meeting we will…

  1. Adopt the County constitution

  2. Note the County’s financial year

  3. Approve appointed and community members of the County Scout Council

  4. Agree the number of members that may be appointed to the Trustee Board

  5. Agree the quorum for future meetings of the County Scout Council (excluding this AGM)

  6. Appoint the County Chair, following recommendation from the open selection process 

  7. Appoint the County Treasurer, following recommendation from the open selection process 

  8. Appoint members of the County Trustee Board, following recommendations from the open selection process 

  9. (Re-)appoint County Presidents and/or Vice Presidents

  10. Appoint the Auditor 

  11. Elect representatives of the County Scout Council to represent the County on the Council of The Scout Association
